I had the pleasure of meeting Liz some ten years ago i guess, at that time I was suffering excruciating pain in my back, having had a scan it was diagnosed with several slipped discs down my spine. It was suggested that key hole surgery was necessary to get me mended.
A good friend of mine gave me a contact number for Liz and her mother Dorothy recommending that I go and see them before I decided on surgery.
Well, the outcome of my first consultation was remarkably they managed to put the discs back into place, after a week of resting I was cured.

I must tell you, again, how pleased I am at the amazing progress made, since my first visit.
When I arrived for my first appointment I could hardly walk and had been on very strong painkillers for months, due to the two disc problems confirmed by MRI. Soon after your first treatment I started to slowly improve. But it was following the second appointment that was even more amazing, I'd even say miraculous. The very next day I had lost my limp, was walking normally and was completely pain free. I stopped taking the GP prescribed strong painkillers immediately and for the first time in over 6 months, felt I was going to fully recover. I have since returned to Pilates and the gym, and continue to improve, with a clear head.

Hi , I’m Claudia, a young woman with serious back issues (slip disc). Since I meet Liz my back condition improved considerable , and now I'm living a normal life and I'm seeing Liz every couple of weeks just to monitoriz my back changes . I wanna mention. Before I meet Liz I have done MRI and I have seen a specialist (orthopaedic) where he recommended a surgery to fix my back issue.
I have refuze all the procedures and believe in Liz procedure and exercise she give it to me as a homework everyday. When I came to Liz I wasn't able to lift a 2L of water from the floor and now I'm going to the gym and I can lift up to 40 kg with no pain.
