Hi , I’m Claudia, a young woman with serious back issues (slip disc). Since I meet Liz my back condition improved considerable , and now I'm living a normal life and I'm seeing Liz every couple of weeks just to monitoriz my back changes . I wanna mention. Before I meet Liz I have done MRI and I have seen a specialist (orthopaedic) where he recommended a surgery to fix my back issue.
I have refuze all the procedures and believe in Liz procedure and exercise she give it to me as a homework everyday. When I came to Liz I wasn't able to lift a 2L of water from the floor and now I'm going to the gym and I can lift up to 40 kg with no pain. My spine it was slightly to the right, but now is all straight. I’m back to normal life and
